There are as many ways of doing things as there are people. Diversity and different mindsets and skills are drivers for Neste’s success. But when it comes to values and principles, sharing some common ground is important. That’s why we decided to find out how well we match with people interested in us.
So how well do we match? Swipe right to like each statement and left if you disagree.
Sounds like me: I think it is our duty to leave this planet in a better condition than before. I can’t avoid making any waste or use any resources at all, but I try my best to choose environmentally friendly alternatives and recycle whenever possible.
Sounds like me: An airplane safety instruction says that you should always put on your own oxygen mask before helping others. I understand why – I need to take care of myself first so I can do good for my family and colleagues too. It’s important to take time for me and my family so that I can do my best at work and life in the future too.
Sounds like me: One must make hay while the sun shines. I also know when it’s time to slow down and take it a bit easier. I enjoy when I’m not tied to one place but instead can choose when and where to work – depending on what’s most effective and suitable for me and to get the job done.
Sounds like me: I’m not afraid to share my ideas and opinions and concerns with others. However, I can separate which subjects I can talk about at work and which ones I can talk about at home.
Sounds like me: I’m interested in what other people need or want, or what troubles them. Only when you understand what is going on with others, can you really help them too. It is like giving a gift. The best gift is often something the other didn’t even know they needed.
Sounds like me: Without my past, I wouldn’t know half the things I know now. Learning from my past is an important part of who I am now. But that doesn’t mean dwelling and sticking with old habits. I tend to look forward, be curious, develop myself and try out new things.
Sounds like me: I lock my bike, keep my wallet in an inside pocket and don’t walk under the ladder. Prevention is always the best cure. I find this especially important in situations where my actions may affect others.
Sounds like me: The world is developing fast and I enjoy all the new possibilities it offers me. To do my best also in the future, I tell the present me to keep an open mind and dig into new things as often as possible. After learning a skill, I quickly come up with how to use it in a different setting.
Sounds like me: I think that the best way to predict the future, is to create it. What I do for work matters, and I want it to be for the good.
We are all unique individuals, but together we make 100% Neste.
Got a high score? Superb. Got a low one? Don’t despair. It’s just a game.
